Shipment and Returns
All products are shipped within 2 working days from purchase and it normally takes few days to be delivered. Exception made for small accessories, they are shipped once a week.
We ship almost worldwide and VAT is included in the price.

In order to prevent returns we are here to help you with any prior questions or concerns. We also recommend you to verify the measurements of all products before purchasing and to write us in case of doubt.
In case of manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your garment.
For any issues with fit, Le Rú will accept garments in their original condition for a refund only within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original label still attached and must be completely unworn. All items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. We can not refund customized garments with initial letters. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international and domestic returns. Le Rú reserves the right to refuse any return on garments that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We hope you will understand.
If you want to proceed with a return please contact us and we will send you all the information via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
