All shipping costs are covered by le Rú. This means if you purchase an item on our website, you will not pay additional shipping fees, if you are shipping within Europe or USA.
- If you purchase an item from our website and wish to exchange it for a different size or color, this is also free of charge.
- Note: Returns are at the expense of the customer. As a rule, 25 euro will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return.
- le Rú’s prices are inclusive of Duty and VAT within the European Union.
- For shipping outside the European Union, all prices are free of Duty and VAT. You’ll be requested to pay duties and VAT to the courier or customs.
Your order will be collected by the courier within 2 working days (after your order and payment are successfully processed). Here are the estimated windows of delivery, depending on your country:
- Italy: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 2-3 working days
- USA: 3-5 working days
For orders paid by bank transfer, your items will be shipped once the payment is processed and received by le Rú. Couriers do not deliver on public holidays and weekends. Delivery lead times may incur a slight delay during holiday periods.

LE RÚ RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
1. Conditions to return or exchange items
- You have the right to return all goods purchased from LE RÚ SAGL (“le Rú”) or exchange them within fourteen (14) days from receiving your shipment, writing to le Rú at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In case of exchange (same product, but different size or color), shipping costs are free of charge.
- In case of return, le Rú will pay the courier upfront and 25 euro will be deducted from the amount refunded to your payment method.
- Please note: Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & exchanges must be:
- Not used, in original condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn, not damaged with no smells or perfumes. Goods must have tags still attached and original packaging, which may include: dust bag, suit bag and clothes hanger.
If the requirements above are not met, le Rú reserves the right to not reimburse your refund or accept your exchange, shipping it back to you at your expense.
2. How to return products to le Rú
- Inform le Rú writing to email@example.com.
- Put the product in the original packaging, ensuring it is shipped to us in its original condition.
- Attach the returns label le Rú has sent to your email address. Le Rú will pay the courier upfront.
- le Rú will call the courier to plan the returns collection, at your favorite time slot.
- In case of returns, if you are based in a country outside the EU, please note that you will not be refunded for VAT and Duty paid to your country. This does not apply to exchanges.
- For returns, le Rú will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. This does not apply to exchanges.
- When le Rú receives your return (provided the “Conditions to return or exchange items” are met) le Rú will refund the amount paid for the product, deducting the return shipping cost paid upfront by le Rú.
- The refund will be made as quickly as possible to the original payment method.
- In most cases, the refund will be made within 15 days from the date your return is received.
- If the conditions are not met, le Rú will contact you.
- For gifts, the refund will be made to the individual who made the payment. Alternatively, the recipient of the gift can ask for a voucher.
4. Damaged or defective products
All damaged or defective products returned to le Rú will be examined by le Rú experts.
- Once le Rú has verified that the origin of the damage or defect is not caused by the consumer, le Rú will substitute it with a new one.
- If the model in the size and colour originally bought is not in stock, le Rú will reimburse the damaged or defective product in full, including the shipping costs.
- If the damage and defects are not found to be our fault, le Rú will contact you to inform you. We reserve the right to not reimburse you, shipping your return back to you at your own expense.
You are entitled to exchange your product at our expense.
- Exchanges will only be accepted for the same product in a different size or color.
- If you would like to exchange an order that consists of multiple products, all items must be shipped back in the same packaging.
- To complete an exchange, follow the instructions “How to return products to le Rú” in the second section.
- To exchange a product, sections 1 (Conditions to return or exchange items) and 2 (How to return products to le Rú) must be met.
- If these conditions are met and if the replacement products are in stock, le Rú will send the exchange to the address indicated during checkout and will inform you by email.
- If one or more of the conditions in section 1 (Conditions to return or exchange items) and 2 (How to return products to le Rú) are not met, le Rú reserves the right to not accept your exchange. We will ship it back to you at your own expense.
- If the selected replacement products are not available in the warehouse, le Rú will not be able to accept your exchange. We will refund you the original price of the product, deducting shipping costs.
- If le Rú plans to restock a product, you can wait for the replacement product.
- Alternatively, le Rú can offer you a voucher for your exchange.
