The shipping costs related to the return and to the exchange are offered by le Rú in the European Union, the UK, the USA and Switzerland. It means that if you purchase an item from our website and wish to return it or exchange it for a different size or color, this is free of charge.

Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are based in a country outside the European Union, please note that you may not be refunded for VAT and Duties paid to your country. It does not depend on le Rú.


You have the right to return/exchange all goods within 14 days from receiving your shipment, filling in the form below. For all purchases that take place close to the New Year holidays, starting from December 12th until January 1st, returns and exchanges are possible until January 15th.

The goods must be not used, in original condition, unwashed, not damaged with no smells or perfumes, must have tags still attached and original packaging, which may include: dust bag, suit bag, and clothes hanger.

If the requirements above are not met, le Rú reserves the right to not accept your exchange/return and shipping it back to you at your expense.

Exchanges will only be accepted for the same product in a different size or color.

If you would like to exchange an order that consists of multiple products, all items must be shipped back in the same packaging.

If the selected replacement products are not available in the warehouse, le Rú can offer you a voucher for your exchange. Alternatively, we will refund you the original price of the product.

If these conditions are met and if the replacement products are in stock, le Rú will send the exchange to the address indicated in the check-out.


If you receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately inform le Rú by filling in the form below. As Reason for the Exchange indicate Other Reason and specify the damage in the underlying field. Then follow the steps HOW TO EXCHANGE.

All damaged or defective products returned will be examined by le Rú experts.

Once le Rú has verified that the origin of the damage or defect is not caused by the consumer, le Rú will substitute it with a new one. If the model in the size and colour originally bought is not in stock, le Rú will offer the customer to exchange it for another colour or will reimburse the damaged/defective good in full, including the shipping costs.

If the damage and defects are not found to be le Rú’s fault, we will contact you to inform you. We reserve the right to not reimburse you, shipping your return back to you at your expense.


1. Fill in the Exchange / Return Form

2. Pack the product/s and its/their accessories securely in the original box, ensuring it is shipped to us in its original condition.

3. Attach the return label le Rú will send to your email address. Le Rú will pay the courier upfront. 

4. le Rú will call the courier to plan the returns collection, at your favorite time slot.
